Ten slats support this twin bed up to 275 lbs, with an 8 in mattress recommended and no box spring needed underneath.
A dry or barely damp cloth keeps the pine and engineered wood panels clean without wearing down the gray finish. Wipe up spills right away and keep the bed out of direct sun.
