How long does delivery take?
Your order arrives within 10 business days. We email you the tracking number as soon as it ships.
Do I need to assemble my furniture?
Most pieces need only simple assembly. Tools and instructions come in the box, and each product page tells you whether the piece arrives assembled.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Email us to start a return. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or defective, and there are no restocking fees. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
What warranty do you offer?
Our furniture comes with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty page for the details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel for free any time before your order ships. Just email us with your order number.
