Crisscrossed slats across the back give the Vilano its lattice-like character. This two-seater is solid A-grade teak, sanded smooth and left unfinished, and at 48 inches wide it slips easily onto a terrace, a small patio or the end of a garden path.
To keep the lattice clean, scrub it occasionally with soapy water and a soft brush, getting into the crossings, then rinse. Over time the bare teak turns silver-gray; an occasional coat of teak oil helps if you prefer the original color. Cushions keep longest when stored or covered between uses.
