Modeled on designs by the British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, the Marlborough Dining Armchair pairs a sloping arched back with fully scrolled arms. At 36 in wide it is a generous seat for the head of a long table, or set on its own beneath a shade tree.
Scrolled arms and an arched back have curves where dust settles, so give them a soft-brush wash with mild soap and water from time to time. Left bare, the teak turns silver-gray; teak oil keeps the honey color.
